Denise Harris: 410-313-8351; denisebharris@comcast.net; www.jeunique.com. I'm not sure if she can help you long distance, but maybe she knows of somone in your area. Someone else recommended We Fit - online? Your area? Good luck! :)

Have you tried the Bra-llelujah bra by Spanx? I tried one on in the store and couldn't believe it! It was like wearing nothing - and yet I had support. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford it. But if it's within your budget, you'll love it.

Check out Spanx where you may find a good bra. Brasmyth.com is another source. I don't know where you live, so I can't advise you on a retail outlet.

Check out the bras at www.underology.com These bras are designed to fit well, look good and give you proper support. The Brigitte is a favorite among the ladies who work with the Underology Brand and LIPO IN A BOX shapewear. We find it to be a great everyday bra. There will be more styles available in the next month. In late spring we will be introducing a new bra concept. It is still in the design stages for now.

Go to a professional bra-fitter at a major department store. I did for the first time ever - several months ago - it was free - and I should have done it years ago! You'll see ads when they have a professional fitter in the store. Makes a big difference! Jan Cullinane Co-author, The New Retirement: The Ultimate Guide to the Rest of Your Life (Rodale, 2007)

  1. If you haven't tried SASSYBAX bras, your wardrobe's in for a real treat -- so is your figure and self-esteem. It's the brand that made it possible to combats bra bulge and back fat problems.  Even the cutest of actresses love the line, so don't let the back-fat term throw you off if you're thin. Even skinny-minis get bra bulge.  Me? I'm no skinny-mini, so I live in my Sassybax every day!

In my area (Virginia) we have a shop called The Full Cup. They specialize in French bras. The French are THE experts when it comes to knowing how to fit bras properly. My clients report that they look two sizes smaller when they get a proper bra. That's because instead of your bosom pushing everything down to the midriff, it is supported properly so your midriff bulge disappears.

Good old-fashioned Playtex - but sometimes instead of going up a cup size try adding to the bust size, worked for me

Shortly after triple by-pass surgery and slits in both my sides (where the bra goes around the midriff) to drain pleural effusions; I was desperate for a bra that did rub or put pressure.

I stumbled upon "WARNER'S 02044" not matronly or ugly comes in various colors and can be purchased on the inter-net.  Try a search w/Shopzilla.  The bras are far less then $30. and often you'll find buy one get one free.

The bra comes in a number of colors and is smooth for under sweaters.

My girl friend who had breast reduction was ecstatic with my find.  Comfortable for her too.

First get fitted. I live in Wyoming which in it's self can be a challenge depending on what you want. I went to a Macy's store and they fitted me and a girlfriend. Then the clerk suggested several bras depending on what our needs for the clothing going over the top. I have not had a difficult time since. In this fitting I discovered that I went down 1 inch in size and up 1 cup size, this made a bigg difference.

You can find all organic cotton through the internet/yoga wear sites.

Hanro from Switzerland has great underwear that lasts a long time.

I have resorted to these inexpensive little cotton bra tops by Fruit of the Loom, because I am much smaller now and do not need as much support.
