How do I celebrate my birthday next week? I'm healthy and single, period. What's next?

I agree! I celebrated my 60th birthday last year by throwing myself a weekend-long birthday party with my dearest friends - it was a great way for all of the important people in my life who hadn't met but had heard about each other over the years to meet. Friends came from 5 states and it was great fun, and now, a year later, I have the best memories you could imagine. Celebrate yourself with the people who matter to you most.
When my mom turned 60, we rented two big houses in the Tahoe Keys and we all spent a weekend together and the five of us kids hired a photographer to come take pictures for her. She got pictures of each of her five children with their husbands/wives and children, one of all five of her kids, one with her and all of us, one with her and all her grandchildren and children, one with her and all her grandchildren, etc. With all five of her kids and their spouses and all their children and their grandchildren, I think there were 27 of us. Now there are many more. I think between her and her significant other, they have 39 grandchildren and great grandchildren. He wasn't in the picture when she turned 60.
It is important to note that this is what she wanted to do for her birthday. Actually she wanted us all to go on a cruise for a week, but we couldn't get all the kids out of school at the same time with the huge age differences, different states, etc. so we settled for a long weekend and everyone came from all the different states they live in and we all had a great time, but especially our mother. She still talks about that trip.
I will be 60 in August, thanks God happy birthday for you
Live "your" day to the fullest - do anything and everything that you want - you will only come this way once - do the things you have always "wished" or wanted to do, but never did! Most of all, enjoy it and love yourself! Happy Birthday!!!
