At 50 I found myself on a new journey of wellness. I had landed in a new way. I breathed differently. One of the most powerful things I learned from yoga, how to connect to my breath. I kept climbing toward a new me- meditation, natural health, and essentials oils became a part of my daily life. I had finally learned what it meant to put myself first. It’s amazing how doors will open when you learn to put yourself first. I met an inspiring author, at a Women’s Wellness Day event.
I was awakened to my writing voice. There it was, right there on the page, as though it had been there all along, my voice asking me to connect, to share, to be me- by sharing meaningful content about life experience, with a big hope to empower lives.
