I am recently widowed and have twin sons that are 27 years old.  I have been employed, until my husband's passing, as a paralegal and mortgage consultant.  I have also maintained a homebased and web silk floral, wedding, gift basket business for over 20 years.

How did you get to where you are now?

I have arrived where I am at right now through alot of hard work, perseverance and the will to never let go. 

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

Ten years ago I was happily married with a husband I adored and twin sons that are my life.  I never did believe that I would approach the "elder" years of my life alone and without my husband.  We went through alot of very difficult times, financially, but somehow we always managed to find our way - and we always had one another.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I'm not quite sure where I see myself in 10 years from now - losing my husband has changed my whole outlook on life in general.  I would like to believe that I will still be around to see my sons successful and with families of their own - I would like to believe that I will be able to meet all of my obligations and not have to stress over finances anymore.
