my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

After working in Engineering; Medicine I retired from a Financial Corp.  I took classes in Business; Marketing/Advertising; creative writing and Art.

When I retired in 2007, having more time, I resumed my art and joined an art club; held an officer's position; chairperson stint and am now Historian of that same club.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I lost my husband of nearly 49 years to cancer in 2010...he had been ill for some time.  I met, through a social site, a dear friend (also widowed) from many years ago.and we keep in touch and it is good except that he lives some distance away.  We are both trying to adjust to our "new life"....has its ups and downs, but we have each other's support and that of our families.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

That would take me to age 85 and I will most likely still be creating art and enjoying the grandchildren and hopefully my dear friend as well.
