I'm an artist.  I love watercolor, pen, ball point pen that is. and colored pencil.  I've been known to play with papermache and hot glue guns.

How did you get to where you are now?

I left everything I knew at age 42.  I needed to find out if what everyone believed about me was the truth.

The truth is that neither them nor me had any idea about me.  I'm strong and independant.  And I'm a survivor.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I'm not really sure.  I don't think alot about the past.  I've got too much in the present that requires my attention for me to dwell on looking back.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Who knows.  This is an honest answer considering where we are as a species.   Several things could happen that would change everything from how we live to even if we are all living in houses any more.

What I would like to be doing in ten years is living on my own peice of land running an educational symbotic farm where people can come and participate in learning how to grow organic food.  I'd want there to be a huge art center as well.

This is interesting because I never thought about something I can't change and that is the past.

If I could go back I would tell younger self the following things:

1. Stop waiting for dad to give you approval, he's not going to.  You'll find this out when he is three weeks away from his death.  He is a controlling individual and you can walk away from his influence.   You don't need his approval to suceed.  You only need yours and the belief you can.  

That's what I'd tell myself.  I'd want to stick around to help my youngerself get free and start living instead of believing what everyone else believed.
