How did you get to where you are now?

Long journey with lots of hills and dales. ....  . wouldn't have missed any of it.....each hill and each dale had a purpose - to bring me to NOW.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

Happier fer sure! More confident - less self-consious - able to appreciate being in the NOW.  Of course, I am quite a few pounds heavier than 10 years ago and not quite as flexible (at least physically).

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Alive!!!!

Why oh why did you spend so much time "worrying"... so much energy expending on being anxious?  Why did you never just accept and enjoy the moment?  Why were you always looking into the future?

My mother!!  The most loving compassionate kind woman I have ever known.  An extraordinary mother and grandmother. I love the moments when I realize I have acted just like her....AHA!!
