I'm 58 yrs. old & I've been a caretaker since I was 27 yrs. old when my Mother became ill. I ended up having 4 family members in the same nursing home @ the same time. I lost my job 30 days after 9/11th when I was 50  & have been mostly without a job & health insurance since then. When I started to speak out about the abuse I was witnessing in my Mother's nursing home Life Care Center of Raynham, MA. back int Oct. '04 when the Attorney General was indicting the Acton, MA Life Care Center location for murdering a patient & Medicade fraud they feared a lawsuit from me when my Father passed away so they sued me 1st! They went into court & committed perjury to save jobs & their Medicade Funding! I've had 5 attorneys steal $16,500 of our monies & do nothing for us! I haven't seem my Mother in over 3yrs. as they have made it an impossible feat for me to accomplish as I cannot afford a wheelchair van & I have no where wheelchair accessible to take her. I had to move an hour away to find work & they refusded to move her closer to me afraid another nursing home would find out about all the mistakes they have made with my Mother's care. When I couldn't find another attorney to take my case because all the attorney's I have tried to interview say this case is dirty, tainted & to political! I stopped paying the nursing home because of guardian abuse hoping they would take me to court but instead they put it on my credit report & said I stole the monies & now I can't get an attorney or a job! They are trying to make me go broke & homeless so that no one will listen to me! The medical industry fights dirty! I pray for an ethical attorney who will do right by my Mothe & I! I am studying Judaism & have been asked to leave 2 of the 4 temples I've been in because 2 of my 5 attorney's were Jewish! Both of these temples have female Rabbi's! How are they getting away with this as the current Attorney General is running for Senator Kennedy's seat! I can't get into any politicians office because of the gatekeepers! I'll be damned if I let her get Senator Kennedy's seat! Who is going to carry the torch for the Kennedy Legacy? Who can save us?
