hello everyone!  my name is annie and i guess i am a 'silver pearl' [last year i hit 60 on my birthday].

at the moment i am an 'at home' person because i'm on worker's compensation.  hopefully one day i will be able to go back to work, and hopefully that will only be part time.

before the accident i loved to garden and walk.  hopefully one day i will be able to return to those activities.

How did you get to where you are now?

yikes!  that is an interesting question -- how did i get to where i am now?  hmmm -- a lot of hard work and trying to live life as healthily as i can.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

hopefully i am a much more mature individual than i was 10 years ago.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

i see myself still living here in the beautiful state that i currently reside in, with my beloved husband by my side.

what can i say to you?  here i am, at this age, and you are at your age.  eventually you will be me.  and at this moment in time -- THAT is a good thing.

we've weathered storms together.  many more will follow.  but stay positive and upbeat, and you'll get through them all.  i know that I did.
