my VN interview
- How did you get to where you are now?
By not planning one whit. Which I ponder from time to time that I should not have been so flotsom and jetsome about my life. Although where I am is not bad, I suppose it is where I was meant to be!
- How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?
Certainly not naked in the mirror! Oh, I mean, I thought I was in a significant evenly matched relationship that would carry on for years and years and years. Well, I learned I wasn't. I realize I am stronger than I thought I was.
- Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
Still taking classes, working on my master's? maybe not, but still active, engaged and learning.
a postcard to my younger self
believe in yourself and trust your gut feelings....it really is the real you. Tune out the drone of negative words from people who don't want you to shine. You are worth SO more than you think. Like Pooh says: you are braver than you thought you were, and stronger too.
my role models
Amelia Earhart, Elizabeth Cady Stanton. and most of all my god-mother Audrey and her caring nature and great brain!
