I am a Landscape Architect and an Interpreter. Born in San Diego, Ca, raised in "Beautiful"Mexico City, went to University in Mexico then graduated in USA....married in Wimberley Texas. Raised two BEAUTIFUL kids in Tx, have gone thru a divorce, after 25 (good) years and live w/my Fiancee in California. My fiancee was my high school sweetheart in Mexico. Guess true love never dies?

How did you get to where you are now?

Being raised in Beautiful Mexico City....sooo long ago, when that City was in its PRIME, I saw and got to know a reality that I am very grateful for. It was there that I realized the importance of the Wealthy vs Poor living conditions of humans, it was there that the Vibrance of Design and Texture-and more than anything.....the BEAUTY OF IMPERFECTION...became my "Motto". My uncle is an architect in Mx city, I knew I wanted that! I married an American, thus changing my life's styles (some good,some bad) and raised Kids--very differently than what I'd expected to.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I am now living a more "moderate" life style. While married (to a wonderful man & excelent father to my kids) I lived a "wealthier" life style. "He"needed more 'power and the American dream' than I did. After divorcing, I am engaged to my bi-cultural,bi-lingual high school boyfriend....much like myself....and it has made a HUGE difference in how I see myself ONCE AGAIN.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

My dreams are to have a small "Villa" in Mexico (again) or in the USA.....prefferably by WATER.....(OR a Bed& Breakfast). I am very people oriented, THE GOOD QUALITY OF ENVIRONMENT, is very important to me.  I would like to design....a small house for us to live in, and four other small dwellings, all surrounding a large 3 tired fountain at the center of the group of small homes. I would love to be environmentally self sustainable, or as much as possible.
