Trudycoaches

Having education and experience in psychology and counseling, I started my life and career coaching business in 2000.  I work with mid-life women who want something more for themselves at this point in life - a new direction, special project, or a different career twist.  I help them bring their vision into reality through support and accountability.  Most of my work is done over the telephone, so I can work with people in various locations. You can visit my website at http://www.trudymcknight.com if you would like more information.

I live on an island near Seattle with my husband of five years, along with our two huge beautiful male cats. I moved from the Deep South to the Pacific Northwest in 1998, and feel like a fish who has found water.  I have recently gotten back in the pool, having been a competitive swimmer in my youth, and am regularly swimming laps with my waterproof Ipod!  It feels great! After many challenges in life along the way, I'm happier now than at any other time in my life!
