I keep going back on my mind about HRT. After the cancer scare a while back i decided against any type of hormone treatment. I also hear that this type of treatment makes you gain weight. So it is really not a fix for all deal either. What is a woman to do?read more »

Bought an air purifier, i want better air quality!

I think this is part of being menopausal but I am never satisfied with the air quality in my house. Being asthmatic it is not fun either. So, ladies can you tell me about air purifiers and if they have helped the air quality in your home? read more »
