My Blog Circle:

I guide women through the process of growing wealth along with wisdom. I believe that your values are more important than your valuables, and that developing a healthy, sustainable relationship with money is vital to feeling successful and happy. Financial planning is an adventure, sometimes arduous and other times peaceful and steady. My job is to lead you from chaos and anxiety to a place where you have the skills to navigate the rapids and handle the unexpected. Working in tandem, we develop a financial plan that mirrors who you are and what you want. The process is on-going and evolving, just like you. I wasn’t born with a money gene, and most likely you weren’t either. I was an artist, painting on silk and travelling the world. Money was an afterthought. Then I received a Master’s degree in Jungian psychology, merging my love of art and psyche, soul and spirit. Money was moving to the front seat. A stint working for a Fortune 100 company as a corporate trainer and coach awakened the possibility of consistent income. Money was a vehicle for my dreams. I gave birth at 40, experiencing the messy miracle of life. Money mattered. Then 911 happened, I got ill and was laid off…all with a toddler in my arms. Money became critical. I was not looking for financial planning, but apparently it was looking for me. I was recruited. I feared I couldn’t learn about money, then dared myself to try. I was inspired, doggedly determined, unstoppable. Money became a friend, mentor, companion and advocate. Over the past ten years I have developed an innovative planning process that elegantly combines creativity and psychology, right brain and left brain, body and soul. I want to know what you feel about money, what experiences you’ve had with investing, what your fears are, what you strive for. Your values matter. Your dreams count. Your voice will be heard. I particularly love to work with women who find themselves with “sudden money”—an inheritance, divorce settlement, company buyout, business sale. There is emotional complexity when large sums of money come into your life, and taking the time to understand and prepare for the changes that will occur often results in feeling more secure, confident and financially savvy. My life’s work is to inspire you to transform your relationship with money, build your net worth and feel confident being at the helm of your financial ship. Relax your grasp.

There is a difference between allowing and grasping, between being conscious about your money and reacting blindly out of habit.
