I'm a busy single mom. Had my daughter later in life so I could get established in my career - only to get laid off after almost 20 years.

And I work at a spa part time. My daughter is 18, and I have a hyper dog and 2 cats, and a house, and gardens, and family and friends. We love to eat good food, but not much time for cooking - can you relate? That's one part of why I created RebelWithaFork.

Yep, life is pretty full - and I don't see it slowing down any time soon!
