How did you get to where you are now?

By being open-minded and ready to embrace opportunities.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

Since I turned 50 I have become bestowed with wisdom.  I am an older Mum (I gave birth to my youngest when I was 40).  I am now relishing in being me!

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Without health there is no hope.  By being healthy you will be able to live life to the full and help others along the way.

Treasure friendships.  You may find it difficult to find genuine friends so treat the ones you do find like gems.

Enjoy travelling to other countries and particpating in their culture.  Learn to be tolerant and to respect others.

Have fun and laugh a lot.
