my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

I have asked myself that question over and over again and again.  Lol!  I arrived right here in 2002 with the intention of growing my event planning business.  However, a triple bypass put a halt on that plan.  Now serving as a life coach, I find myself in a much better position to live an authentic life.  With my children preparing to step out on their own, I am ready to see life through a different set of eyes.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

At 38, I was a very active woman!  Enjoying life and making things happen.  I had no worries.

Now I live for a life steeped in meaning.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Hmm.  At 59, I see myself as a grandmother (I pray).  More than that, I see myself enjoying my success and the success of my children.  Life has been exceptionally good to me spiritually, emotionally, and physically, regardless of my circumstances.  I am blessed and looking forward to living well.  ;-D

a postcard to my younger self

Young lady, with every obstacle, you stayed the course.  I couldn't have made it without your persistence, energy, and strength to keep moving forward.  Because of you, I feel good about my next steps.  Thank you young one, for being the wind beneath my wings.  With much love, ME.

What do you think about this statement?

The more you are interested in something, the more your intention to understand, the more simple, clear, free the mind is.
