my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

Through perserverance and my Roman Catholic faith.  There were times when I was just on auto pilot, but I am a point in my life where I am enjoying everything!  For the first time in 31 years I am living by myself and I am only responsible for my self.  I have survived many things and I truly believe that I am right where I am suppose to be.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I am much more confident and realize that stepping outside the box of your comfort zone is not a bad thing.  There is nothing that you cannot do if you have faith in yourself.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Maybe retired?  I love working and being a productive citizen of the world.  If not wokring for a paycheck, volunteering more.

a postcard to my younger self

Hey, self!  Do not worry....things happen for a reason and do not forget that there are people around to help you.  You can not be brave all of the time. You can cry but never forget to laugh...God is with you every step of the way.

my role models

My mother and my grandmothers.  They have taught me how to not to loose you identity when you are married.  Sometimes our choices are not the greatest, but at the time it was what we thought would be the best. Life is everychanging and we need to accept what we cannot change.
