How did you get to where you are now?

Jesus, hard work, and determination.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

OMG.  Where do I start?  Suddenly career isn't everything.  Health and safety become more important.  Happiness and relaxation become a pursuit versus a Friday out on the town.  What about my 401K?  My body is failing me!  :-)

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Hopefully near or enjoying a successful retirement.
