How did you get to where you are now?

I got to where I am by hard work, persistence, helping others, serendipity and the grace of God.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

Ten years ago, what people thought mattered more than what I thought.  At this juncture I am more self aware, reflective and confident.  My journey from 10 years ago to now has had many positive outcomes.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Ten years from now I see myself fully retired and doing the things I love like reading, writing, traveling and participating in groups that stimulate the mind and spirit.

I had to travel unknown terrain to arrive at my place of satisfaction.  It has been a journey indeed, but I appreciate every bend in the road which was the making of the older self.
