Born in NJ, the oldest of 6 kids. I was an Army Brat, moving so much in childhood I attended 13 schools before Graduating from High School in Central Calif. An introvert and an avid reader. Married my HS sweetheart upon his return from the VN war. Well, then a single parent... not the only one of that era. Two more husbands later went to college and became a domestic violence and drug counselor... read between the lines, the story is there. Then the horror of Hep C and the statement that I had two years to live. Wow, that will take the wind out of your sails, even if you have a 4 yr degree. Fear took over and I had a brief relapse into insanity and drugs. Brief trip to a bottom out, Thank God. I began to put my affairs in Order and got ready to meet my maker. I knew that I had to let go of anger at all those who had wronged me before leaving. I prayed, turned my will over to the Lord that created me(and them) and to my amazement and the amazement of the doctor treating me I went into remission. Now a decade latter I remain in remission. Have remarried, a man of the Christian Faith this time and we live our lives putting Christ first
