Born in Algeria , have 2 sisters and 2 brothers , I became an obstetric nurse , worked in hospitals for more than 20 years .Came to the USA in the 90s . I started my certification in Wichita Ks , I disliked the way it was presented to me so I went for my second Passion "cooking"... This days I am trying to put a catering business , wish me luck.

How did you get to where you are now?

My mother always talked about being passionate with and everything in life .I listened to my mother and I say " I LOVE You MOM " you were my best teacher .

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

If you are asking about this past 10 years ? I say I don't want to talk about it .Lots of things happened....Talk about now ?? I love who I am I like who I became and that's what's important to me .

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I see myself in the hands of happiness The gardens of no worries , cooking the best meals for my family and friends , enjoying the sunny days . ALIVE, to continue loving and sharing .THAT's WHERE and HOW I see Myself . Cheers.

Hello there, I often think of the way you trusted people and the way you wanted to understand each person you met .thank you for being such a nice girl . your patience payed off..because of your wisdom at such a young age ,I am a complete woman .
