I was born w/a psychedelic gleam in my eye (my parents might have agreed w/my thinking that I was really alien spawn) . . . I always asked Santa for a telescope or microscope or geology kit or chemistry set but Santa always brought me dolls (but I trained myself on a $43K chemistry analyzer when I was refused training by my employer & the two other laboratory technicians who were trained for free/I was the real main lab tech on site but not a part of the "gang"/I could make that machine work when nobody else could) . . . LOVED KYW, Cle, WWST, Wooster, . . . WKNR AM & FM, Dearborn . . . wanted to be a radio/electrical engineer . . . LOVED creative rock radio & kept it on life support on college radio (MMom @ WRUW Cle 1972-1990) during the last great gasp of creative rock music "outside the box" as one of the first alternative ("punk" in many permutations) rock radio programmers -- LOVED the Manchester, England scene & KNEW Joy Division were important @ the first drop of a stylus on An Ideal for Living in Sept 1978 . . . average looks w/out dowry won't keep any woman married (1972-1988) . . . four years @ Cle State U/two years Dean's List double major communications & psychology UNTIL car frame damage in two places & concussion made concentration difficult & the 1980s non existent  . . . I rallied to graduate Magna cum laude 1991 in the veterinary medical field (Veterinary Technician) only to discover that what I thought was dedication would be ridiculed & most clinics are like sororities w/constant  staff hazing & veterinary/owners unable to distinguish managing from bullying or the difference between a gang & a team/burned out 2004 . . . still love physics & science/still a "Boppie" (after the fact female fan of JR Oppenheimer) . . . MST3K & Cinematic Titanic are my lifesavers . . . so much education & experience w/no place to go . . . still a loving child of a Living God . . . NEED A NIGHT JOB NOW!

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

have a habit of excellence, developing patience, always hoping to live in love as God defines love, the disciplined mind to apply it, & the courage for the application. didn't know that I would be in free fall for a decade.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

game over 12/22/12 you know . . .

remind yourself that the visceral excitement that people call "love" is really a Pavlovian response to an associated sound/smell/color/etc w/visceral relief experienced before the brain forms conscious correlations & is MEANINGLESS . . . just enjoy the sensation w/in yourself . . . "rest assured that a walk through the ocean of human souls will scarcely get your feet wet, so FALL NOT IN LOVE. it will stick to your face" (national lampoon) furniture demonlition to offset the ill will of coworkers is OK, shopping therapy is NOT OK . . .
