I am a happy spirit and server of the most high, free thinking, fun loving mother of three and grandmother of one. I love people and non-violence.

I am one to stay in the background(don't have a problem with that) but you will know I am there or had a hand in any productive activity. I am a non-traditonalist most times and a traditionalist when I have to be.  I love music and dancing, someday, I will be taking art classes, I did when I was younger, I liked it. more to add later, peace and blessings!

How did you get to where you are now?

Well, since I am alive and kicking to be able to work and play; I got here by not looking at what everyone else is doing, spiritual development( a constant growth) prayer and just choosing to be happy, humble and appreciative. I got here by having constant contact with family and best friends who help's to keep me gorunded. Sounds easy, but it took alot of crying and purging to get to this place and i am loving every minute of it.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

The life I was chasing in the past, was temporary and exspected of me, because my mother said so. Now, at 52, I have a much better insight into what really matters in my life and it is now that I am living my best life.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, not to worry about the future, or not to anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly. By Buddha
