raised in Greenwich VIllage from age 4 (1957) until graduating the School of Performing Arts at 17.  Attended Goddard College in Vermont for a year, studying theatre, ballet, philosophy, and sweat lodges.

Spent a year in Israel working on a kibbutz and having sex with Israeli men.  Returned to NY with a man from MPLS and moved out there.

Married him in 1975 and had two beautiful boys.  Husband turned out to be alcoholic and an extremely diffficult 7 years went by.  I left him in 1981, he took the kids and moved to phoenix with another woman.  I moved back to NY.  Had been managing restaurants in MPLS so I continued in that line in NY. 

in 1987, I began working as an ophthalmic tech for my brother, a neuroophthalmologist.  Continued for TEN years, and during the last 3, I went back to school to study photography.  Finally gained courage to quit my job and do what was in my heart.  Opened my studio in 1996.  I have been a successful professionlal photographer for twelve years. And very happy!re married in 2004.
