Living la vida fearless

Well I wasn't much of a club joiner when I was a younger person...didn't see the value in it. As I pass another day, each day that I do, I am grateful that I am now wise enough to recognize the wisdom of support, encouragement, kindness and just a soft place to land that groups can provide.

I am a life coach, certified Sept 11, 2008. I am married to a firefighter, just celebrated our 30th anniversary.

I am a mom to two Indigo children, now adults. I am owned by two huskys, Kiera and Kieva.

My niche coaching work is abuse: all of it. I am an incest thriver and recently lost a good friend at the hands of her husband. I am passionate about empowering people, I care deeply for all people and do my best to be my best. I am honoured to be here and look forward to "meeting" all of you.

My website is www.tobeyourbest.net if you want to stop by and take a look.

my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

Never accepting "no"....

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I am comfortable in my own body, in my own mind and in my own skin. I value my days and my friends. I see now that life is really fleeting and make the most of my moments.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Travelling the world, still coaching, still empowering people.

a postcard to my younger self

Wow, you thought you had it all figured out huh. Life sure tossed you a curve ball or two. Take the time to cherish, to treasure, to love, to laugh so much more, to nourish your self, your friendships and your soul. You are spectacular, never let anybody take that away from you.

my role models

My daughter, my circle of friends, Gloria Steinem, Kim Phuc, Bono and the Keilburger boys.
