a postcard to my younger self

Don't let the people in your past determine how you fell about yourself and what you will accomplish. Let those people and their self absorbed lives go. Turn them lose and don't waste time trying to become a person who will be accepted by them. It will never happen because they are too wrapped up in their own insecurities to reach beyond their own selves.

Look to the future with joy and hope and love and nurture yourself and those in your daily life.

Forgive yourself for your weaknesses and realize that they are the clay that has formed who you are today and who you are going to be in the future.

Be Happy.

I have been eating flaxseed, sesame seeds, fresh pecans, walnuts or almonds with yogurt and raw oatmeal.

I feel so much better mentally. It must be the Omega 3 and Omega 6…
