Age 61...living a nice life!  Two kids, two grand-daughters. Living common-law after a 25 year marriage, another 8 year relationship. Self-employed in a simple business that gives me lots of freedom.

My daughter lives in Hawaii so I don't get to see her too often, but it's a great pace to visit.

Adoption has touched my life in several ways....I was adopted at birth and I also gave up a child for adoption.  Have re-united with varying degrees of fulfillment.

Life is good the more I trust in the universe and try not to manipulate things and worry! 

How did you get to where you are now?

One of my best accomplishments is successfully setting up my small business in 1997. I was able to do this with the proceeds of my divorce!

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I have been a successful entrepreneur since 1997. Ten year ago I was still in start-up phase and did not have the experience and confidence I do know.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Working even less than I do now but creating more income from another passive income source!  Spending more time travelling to warm places in the wintertime. Helping other women improve their lives.  I have an urge to write a book!

As your 'older sel', my advice would be to take the first step toward whatever you want to do...beginning is the hardest step. So many times I have accomplished a goal after much hesitation, and wondered why I didn't do it sooner! Don't rely on anyone else to 'do it for you'....you are capable and wonderful on your own!  Follow your heart and take action...don't wallow in situations that make you unhappy...move on! Trust that the universe will unfold to your highest good.
