RoseDuffy

I was raised in New York where I still live with my husband of 28 years.  I never had any children myself, however, I have a step-daughter and a step son.  For over 30 years I have been self-employed and love the freedom and the opportunities that comes with it.

In 2008 I began a new stage in my professional life.  After being an Interior Decorator for over 20 years with a retail location, I began to focus on creating my on-line business. I design and sell handbags and tablet pags at www.DAGbags.com href=" and home decor accessories at http://www.DecorAccessoriesAndGifts.com and also have an etsy shop www.RoseInteriors.Etsy.com.

my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

Not knowing any better I just followed my passions.  I worked hard and had my own apartment when I was 18.  While working as a secretary, I put myself through college (The Fashion Institute of Technology) so I could pursue my dreams to become a designer.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

I am not as naive as I was 10 years ago.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Living on a 35" - 40" boat while running my Internet business from my lap top.
