leg cramps during inappropriate moments

Am I the only one? I am 59 and enjoy a healthy sex life BUT sometimes get horrendous leg cramps during intimate moments. What causes this? What can I do about it?

"Not to burst the positive bubble BUT....those things worked for me when I was in my early and mid 50's. It's a whole different story now that I'm 59. So much has changed from the time I was 53 to 59. I don't even LOOK the same!..." (read comment)
