Kathleen, The Savvy VA

Mom of one son and grandma to Holly Isobel, single and lovin life.

I started my own online business in March of 2007, just as the economy crashed.  I have hung on and kept my dream alive, because I am much better at either doing the work, or delegating the work than I am at being an employee.

You can see what I do here: http://thesavvyva.com

or here: http://bellyfatcentral.com

My preference is to work with women like ourselves--women who know their power, have worked hard to get where they are, and who want to develop their own businesses.  We have a lot of life experience and savvy to draw from.

my VN interview

How did you get to where you are now?

Lots of hard work, perseverance, and a "no fear" attitude.

How do you see yourself differently now than you did 10 years ago?

10 years ago, I was still unsure of my abilities.  Now I realize that I don't have time to waste by being unsure.  "Fake it til you make it" if I have to, is how I look at things now.

Who cares!! Just do it!

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Extremely successful woman, helping to make the world a better place in a big way.  Travelling all over and seeing/determining first hand what needs to be done.

a postcard to my younger self

Dont waste a minute of your precious time.  Do whatever you need to do. If it is a strong calling, then it is right.

my role models

Katherine Hepburn (who didn't care what anyone thought)

Audrey Hepburn (changed the world in ways that I would like to do as well)
